| Training: Virginia's training began in Tucson, AZ with Asiam Healing Arts, where she obtained her certification and then completed her national certification with ARCB in 2001. |
| Membership: Currently a member and Director for the Reflexology Association of America, member of the Arizona Reflxology Assciation and acting Legislative Chair as well as a International Council of Reflexologist member. |
| Community Service: For the past six years Virginia has been volunteering for La Frontera Center as part of their Wellness Recovery Team, working on homeless and near homeless persons. A very important and rewarding part of her practice. |
| Methodologies: Sole Well Reflexology is a small practice which thrives on referals. House and office calls are welcomed and encouraged. |
